Jamie K. Spencer

Jamie Spencer is the controller for LawlerWood and various affiliated entities. Working closely with LawlerWood co-founder H. Pat Wood for over 25 years provided Jamie invaluable experience in partnership, trust and estate accounting and taxation. Before joining LawlerWood, Jamie was employed in the audit division of Coopers & Lybrand, one of the original “Big Eight” accounting firms, where she worked with clients such as TVA, Knox County and the City of Knoxville.

Jamie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, accounting major, from the University of Tennessee. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
