Alex Calechman

Alex Calechman is an experienced professional in underwriting and financial analysis, currently serving as the Manager of Underwriting & Financial Analysis at Lawley since May 2021, where previous roles included Team Lead and Senior Underwriter. Prior to Lawley, Alex worked at USI Insurance Services from April 2018 to April 2021, holding positions such as Employee Benefits Analyst III and II, focusing on medical and ancillary benefits. Alex's career began at Aetna, a CVS Health Company, where roles spanned from Underwriter to Customer Service Representative, specializing in dental, vision, life insurance, and disability. Earlier experience includes serving as a Financial Project Manager for the Connecticut Department of Economic and Community Development. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Eastern Connecticut State University.
