Paul Estabrooks

Paul Estabrooks is an Employee Benefits Specialist at Lawley, providing strategic consulting to Human Resources leaders on benefits plans for organizations of various sizes since February 2023. Prior to this role, Paul retired as the Chairperson of Special Education and Middle School Principal at Caledonia-Mumford High School, where responsibilities included serving as the CSE Director for a decade. Additionally, Paul taught undergraduate courses as an Adjunct Professor at St. Bonaventure University from May 2010 to March 2020. Paul holds an Advanced Professional degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of Rochester, a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership and Administration from New Jersey City University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from St. Bonaventure University.
