Michele Richman

Michele Richman is an experienced professional in human resources and operations with a strong legal background. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Lawline since October 2008, Michele leads initiatives to recruit, develop, and retain talent while fostering an inclusive company culture. Previous roles include VP of Business Operations at Lawline, where Michele was instrumental in operational growth and strategic planning, and Director of Operations and Associate Attorney at Zalman & Schnurman, focusing on personal injury litigation. Michele also worked as an Enforcement Attorney for the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development, prosecuting fraud cases, and held a role as Assistant to the Executive Director at the National Jewish Democratic Council. Michele holds a J.D. from American University Washington College of Law and a Bachelor's degree in American Studies and French from Tufts University.
