Sara DeLeeuw has extensive work experience in customer service and customer success roles. Sara currently holds the position of VP of Customer Success at LawLytics. Prior to that, they were Senior Director of Member Success and Director of Customer Support at the same company. Before joining LawLytics, Sara worked at Ascensus as a Client Services Manager, where they played a key role in mentoring and coaching a large team, developing long-term plans, and tracking progress through scorecards. Sara also has a strong background in customer service management, having held the positions of Director of Customer Service and Customer Service Manager at Learning A-Z. In these roles, Sara provided strategic direction, managed budgets, and fostered a customer-centric culture while achieving high SLAs.

Sara DeLeeuw has a diverse education history. Sara pursued their higher education at several institutions. In 1996, they attended Pima Community College, where they earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Graphic Design. Sara then continued their education at Western Governors University from 2017 to 2018, obtaining a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Studies. In 2019, Sara returned to Western Governors University to further enhance their academic qualifications and completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Management and Leadership.

In addition to their formal degrees, Sara DeLeeuw has also acquired various certifications. Sara obtained the "Customer Experience Certification" from Rutgers University in December 2016. Furthermore, they hold certifications such as "Integrity Service Certified" from Integrity Solutions LLC, "eLearning Instruction Design Certification" from the Association for Talent Development (ATD), and "Secret Service Certified" from the DiJulius Company, all obtained in 2015. Additionally, Sara has achieved certifications in areas such as "SEO Foundations" and "Customer Experience: Journey Mapping" from LinkedIn in October 2020 and April 2020, respectively.
