Jeffrey Nelson

Jeffrey Nelson has a diverse work experience that spans various roles in the finance and accounting field. Jeffrey is currently the Director of Finance and Accounting at Lawndale Christian Health Center as of 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Kiva from 2017 to 2022, starting as a Staff Accountant and later becoming an Accounting Manager. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as an Accountant at Lawndale Christian Health Center. Before that, they held the position of Kiva Fellow - International Auditor at Kiva.org in 2013, where they completed three consecutive fellowships in six Latin American countries, conducting risk assessments, financial reporting, and staff trainings. Jeffrey began their career as a Grant Writer/Program Strategist at FundaVida, where they increased the organization's annual revenue through grant funding and played a role in programmatic restructuring from 2009 to 2011.

Jeffrey Nelson attended Wheaton College from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Economics.
