Lisa Werner

Lisa Werner, MPH, PA-C, serves as the Director of Clinical Services for the Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) at Lawndale Christian Health Center since 2015, focusing on internal medicine and geriatric care. With extensive experience in managing risk-based contracts, inpatient medicine, and home-based primary care, Lisa's work is driven by a commitment to serving frail elderly adults in the community. Prior roles include Physician Assistant at Christ Community Health Services and a previous stint at Lawndale Christian Health Center, as well as positions as an International Ministries Coordinator and Managed Care Analyst. Lisa holds a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Northwestern University and a Master of Public Health from the University of Illinois Chicago, along with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Wheaton College.
