Lawndale Elementary School District
Olivia Parker is a Special Education Teacher with experience working in various educational settings. Olivia has worked at Lawndale Elementary School District and Lynwood Unified School District, teaching students with disabilities. Additionally, Olivia has experience as a Nursery Attendant and Godly Play Instructor at Central Lutheran Church, engaging young children in faith formation. Olivia has also worked as a Lead Office Assistant at Seattle University Learning Assistance Programs and an Education Instructor at Woodland Park Zoo. Olivia holds a Master of Arts in Urban Education and Leadership from Loyola Marymount University and a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities for Teaching from Seattle University.
Lawndale Elementary School District
The Lawndale Elementary School District was established in 1906 with one teacher and 20 students. Since then, the District has blossomed to more than 4,700 students and more than 800 teachers and staff. Lawndale Elementary School District serves students from preschool through grade eight. There are now eight schools in the District. Six elementary schools serve Kindergarten through 5th grade: William Anderson, William Green, Billy Mitchell, Franklin D. Roosevelt, Lucille J. Smith, and Mark Twain. Jane Addams Middle School and Will Rogers Middle School serve students in the 6th, 7th, and 8th grades.
