Aleah Buck has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Social Studies Teacher at Pulaski County High School in 2008. In this role, they taught high school history, specifically World Aleah'story II and VA/US Aleah'story, and collaborated on the development of a state standards test remediation program. In 2016, they joined PowerSchool Group LLC, where they held two roles: Senior Product Owner and Content Specialist. As Senior Product Owner, they worked with a product management team to evaluate and plan projects for product development, collaborated with engineering to create features and enhancements, and reviewed and prioritized product-related feedback from customers and internal stakeholders. As Content Specialist, they wrote social studies assessment content for PowerSchool's proprietary content bank, and aligned social studies content to various state standards and coordinated with contractors to review and edit additional content. In 2022, Aleah Buck joined LawnStarter as a Senior Product Manager.
Aleah Buck began their education in 2004 at Radford University, though they did not receive a degree. Aleah then transferred to William & Mary in 2005 and completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government in 2008.
