Shawn Jones

Shawn Jones has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Shawn started their career in 1999 as a Junior Account Executive at Admiral Asset Group, Inc. From there, they worked at Broadview Networks as an Enterprise Channel Support before joining Cleartel Communications as a Quality Assurance Manager. In 2007, they joined GDI as a Success Coach and stayed with the company until 2014.

In 2008, Shawn joined Frontier Communications and held various roles during their tenure. Shawn started as an Operations Manager and eventually became the Director of Call Center Operations. As the Director, they were responsible for leading sales and customer service teams to achieve top sales revenue for three consecutive years. Shawn also focused on improving employee morale, monitoring market trends, and developing effective incentive programs and communication strategies.

Most recently, Shawn joined LawnStarter in 2020 as the Senior Director of Sales.

Shawn Jones earned an Associates degree in Business Management from Mohawk Valley Community College, completing the program from 1998 to 2001.
