Joffrey Heyraud has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Joffrey began their career in 2000 as a Freelance Writer for IXO Publishing SA, where they contributed to the "Action Micro" publication. In 2001, they joined Digigram as a Technical Support Executive and subsequently became a Technical Support Engineer, providing pre and post-sales support for the network audio product range. Joffrey also served as a Product Manager and Presales Engineer, specializing in market analysis and project management. In 2006, they worked as a Section Editor for Chorten Editions before starting their own IT consultancy called The Cable Guy in 2008. As the owner, they designed the IT/Telecom infrastructure for various businesses, primarily in the performing arts sector. In 2012, Heyraud joined Digigram Asia as a Presales & Technical Support Engineer, responsible for system design, conception, and writing commercial offers. Currently, they are working as the Sales Director Western Europe for Lawo, a position they have held since January 2023.
Joffrey Heyraud completed a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Université Joseph Fourier (Grenoble I) between 1999 and 2001.
