Ralf Schimmel

Ralf Schimmel has a strong background in sales, management, and general management. Ralf began their career as the General Manager of AVC Service GmbH, where they worked from 2000 to 2006. Following this, they served as the Managing Director of Studio Hamburg Media Consult International (MCI) GmbH from 2006 to 2011. Schimmel then became the CEO of Studio Hamburg MCI GmbH from 2011 to 2014. Ralf then transitioned to Lawo, where they held various roles including Director Global Sales, Director Performance & Analytics, and Director Sales Africa from 2014 to 2022. In 2022, they became the Senior Sales Director Africa, Italy & Balkans at Lawo, and then the Senior Sales Director Southern & Eastern Europe, Africa in 2023.

Ralf Schimmel obtained their Diplom (Master) in Telecommunications Engineering from Hamburg University of Applied Sciences, from 1982 to 1986.
