Damilola Ibikunle has extensive work experience in the legal field. In 2010, they worked as a Legal Associate at A.A MACHIKA & CO. From 2012 to 2012, they held the same position at 21st Century Chambers, Abuja. This was followed by a role as a Legal Associate at Hilltop Chambers from 2013 to 2015. In 2015, they joined LawPavilion as a Legal Research Officer. At LawPavilion, they progressed to become a Digital Transformation Executive, managing digital transformation projects for law firms and legal departments of corporate organizations. Currently, Damilola is the Head of the Digital Transformation Department at LawPavilion, responsible for managing the delivery of critical projects, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring effective change management.
Damilola Ibikunle has a solid education background in the field of law. From 2004 to 2009, they attended Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) in Ile-Ife, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB). Following this, from 2009 to 2010, they attended the Nigerian Law School in Lagos, pursuing a Law (BL) degree.
In addition to their formal education, Damilola has also acquired several certifications in project management. In 2022, they completed the following certifications: "Capstone: Applying Project Management in the Real World" from Google, "Google Project Management Certificate" from Google, "Google Project Management: Specialization" from Coursera | Google, "Agile Project Management" from Google, "Project Execution: Running the Project" from Google, "Project Planning: Putting It All Together" from Google, "Foundations of Project Management" from Google, and "Project Initiation: Starting a Successful Project" from Google.
