Bettina Brown

Bettina Brown currently serves as the Head of Account Management at lawpilots, leading the Account and Key Account Management Team since November 2024. Prior to this role, Bettina was the Director of Sales & Customer Success at Warehousing1 and held the position of Head of Sales & Customer Success at PayFit Deutschland. With extensive experience in customer success and business development, Bettina has also worked as VP of Customer Success and Head of Customer Success at nyris GmbH, and was a Business Development Manager at Bundesdruckerei. Bettina's career began as the Founder & Owner of Coomow, followed by various roles at Lynton Lasers Ltd., including Head of After Sales Services and Service Manager. Bettina is an active member of Pavilion and has a robust educational background with an MBA from Aston University and a BA (Hons) from New College Durham.
