Olivia Rosa

Olivia Rosa, M. Ed, has extensive experience in community development and real estate project management. Currently serving as a Real Estate Project Manager and Grant Writer/Resource Development Specialist at Lawrence CommunityWorks, Inc. since August 2018, Olivia previously worked for the City of Lawrence, Massachusetts, as an Intake Specialist within the Community Development Department from September 2012 to August 2018, assisting homeowners and investors with various housing-related needs. Earlier roles include Community Health Worker at Greater Lawrence Community Action Council Inc., and HR Administrative Assistant at TD Banknorth. Olivia holds a Master of Education in Social Policy from Merrimack College, a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Cambridge College, and an Associate of Science in Behavioral Sciences from Middlesex Community College. A graduate of Lawrence High School, Olivia possesses a strong foundation in mathematical and scientific principles.
