Nicole Rapsis Arpin

Nicole Rapsis Arpin currently serves as the Head of Upper School and RTI/Assessment Coordinator at Lawrence Family Development Charter School, having begun this role in August 2019. In previous positions, Nicole has contributed to the school as RTI Coordinator and Teacher Coach and Mentor Program Director, focusing on supporting new staff through professional development and collaboration. Nicole’s teaching experience spans from first grade to fourth grade, where lesson planning and implementing differentiated instruction were key responsibilities. Nicole holds a Master’s degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities/Humanistic Studies and Elementary Education from Wheelock College.
