Brian Dougan

Brian Dougan is a seasoned R&D professional with significant experience in the food industry. Currently serving as Sr. R&D Manager at Lawrence Foods, Inc. since July 2018, Brian has previously held the position of R&D Manager at CSM Bakery Solutions from September 2007 to February 2018. Brian holds a Master's degree in Pharmacology and Toxicology from The University of Toledo, earned between 2004 and 2006, as well as a Bachelor's degree in the same field from The University of Toledo, obtained from 2000 to 2004.
