Brian Fitzgerald has over 16 years of experience in customer service and sales support in various roles across different companies. Currently, Brian serves as the Associate Director of Customer Service & Sales Support at Lawrence Foods, Inc., a position held since October 2007, after progressing through the ranks as Manager of Customer Service & Sales Support. Prior to this, Brian worked at CertainTeed Corporation from June 1999 to September 2007, where roles included Supervisor of Customer Service and Senior Specialist in the Customer Response Center.
