James Mahon

James Mahon has over 30 years of experience in purchasing and management within the food industry. Currently serving as a Buyer at Lawrence Foods, Inc. since October 2018, James previously held the position of Purchasing Manager at Raymundos Food Group, LLC from June 2016 to August 2018, where responsibilities included managing all purchasing activities. Prior to that, James was a Purchasing Manager at On-Cor Frozen Foods, LLC for 23 years and served as General Manager at Birdie Pak Products for six years. James holds a degree from DePaul University.
