William P. Wall

Mr. Wall joined the board of Lawrence General Hospital in 2017 and serves on the Finance Committee and as Chair of the Executive Compensation Committee. Mr. Wall is a managing director at Fidelity Investments responsible for special situations as part of the High Income and Alternatives investment team headquarter. He has more than 29 years of experience in the investment industry as an investor and attorney and has participated in a wide variety of transactions in public and private markets and asset classes.

Mr. Wall has served as a corporate director for three public companies, Haynes International, Inc., STAAR Surgical Company, and Front Yard Residential, serving on and as chair of various Corporate Governance, Audit, and Compensation Committees. He is a graduate of Harvard Law School, the John F. Kennedy School of Government, and the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. Mr. Wall also serves as Treasurer and member of the Board of Governors of the North Andover Country Club.
