Kevin Hernandez is an experienced education facilitator currently serving as an Education Facilitator Lead at the Lawrence Hall of Science, UC Berkeley since December 2022. Previously, Kevin held multiple roles as an Orientation Leader at the University of California, Berkeley, where responsibilities included training and leading transfer students through their university transition and facilitating programs for admitted students. Kevin's internship experience includes a summer position at Cornell University, focusing on nanoscale phase visualization, and a role as an AVID tutor at Summit High School. Additionally, Kevin worked as a Student Research Assistant at the Space Sciences Laboratory. Kevin is pursuing a degree in Physics and Mathematics at the University of California, Berkeley, with educational roots at Chaffey College and Summit High School.
