Lou Wilson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and customer service. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at River Rat Print and Skate since July 2018, Lou also works as a Materials Handler at Lawrence Public Library. Previous roles include management positions at Ladybird Diner and MissFortune's Creation Station, where responsibilities included staff oversight and training, as well as fostering strong customer relationships. Additional experience as a bartender at The Bottleneck complements a diverse background in hospitality. Lou holds a Master of Fine Arts in Cultural Studies/Critical Theory and Analysis from Baker University and a Bachelor of Arts in Theory and Criticism from The University of Kansas.
