Benjamin C. Hammond

Benjamin C. Hammond has been the Secretary & Treasurer at LAWRENCEVILLE SCHOOL since March 2017. Prior to that, they were the Vice President for Finance and Administration and Treasurer at Wellesley College from July 2013 to March 2017. Hammond also served as the Resource Management Advisor at GTTI (Volunteer) from January 2002 to December 2002.

Born in Boston, Massachusetts, Hammond graduated from Dartmouth College in 1983 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. Benjamin earned their Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School in 1987.

Benjamin C. Hammond graduated from Phillips Exeter Academy, a high school, then went on to college at Harvard University. Benjamin studied history and literature and graduated magna cum laude. After working for a few years, they decided to return to school to get their MBA from The Wharton School. Their focus was on information strategy, systems, and economics.
