Harman Saini

Harman Saini is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in training and development, currently serving as Chief People Officer at both Skill Arbitrage and LawSikho since mid-2021. Previous roles include Manager HR Strategy and Learning and Development Manager at Unacademy, Training Manager at Marriott Hotels, and Quality & Training Manager at Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel. Harman began the career in training at The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts and has also held positions in academia and corporate training. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Amity University, a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Psychology from Delhi University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from Manipal Academy of Higher Education.
