Nika Pidskalny

Nika Pidskalny is the Co-Founder and CEO of Splendr, an AI-powered legal technology company that enhances document review, drafting, and negotiation for legal professionals since September 2022. Concurrently, Nika serves as Counsel at Lawson Lundell LLP, a prominent business law firm in Canada recognized for its innovative legal solutions. Previous experience includes General Counsel at Bananatag, a high-growth tech company, and Legal Counsel at ENMAX, as well as an Associate at Gowling WLG, an international law firm. Nika holds an LLB from the University of Victoria and a Business Administration degree in Marketing from the University of British Columbia, Okanagan.
