Heather Buck

Heather Buck has over 20 years of experience in regulatory affairs and technical services in various organizations. Heather started their career as a Laboratory Technician at Samuel Bingham Company, where they performed analysis on rubber and urethane products. After that, they worked at Drummond American Corporation, holding roles such as Technical Services Specialist, Regulatory Specialist, Coordinator, and Supervisor of Regulatory Affairs. In these roles, they provided technical support, created databases for data collection and reporting, and managed regulatory activities for a diversified product portfolio. Buck then joined Lawson Products Incorporated as Manager of Regulatory Affairs, where they directed compliance activities for a $400 million organization and developed compliance strategies with executive management and legal counsel. Heather later worked at Ace Hardware as a Compliance and Regulations Manager, overseeing product compliance activities for a large hardware cooperative. Most recently, Buck held senior leadership positions at Lawson Products, including Director of Regulatory Affairs, Director of Regulatory Affairs and Technical Services, and Sr. Director of Technical Services and Product Information Management. In these roles, they were responsible for managing regulatory and technical teams, developing and implementing product data strategies, improving processes, and providing guidance on regulatory and technical subjects to corporate personnel, sales staff, and customers. Heather Buck holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Anthropology from the University of Michigan. Heather also pursued studies in Chemistry at Elmhurst University.
