Trista Jones has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Trista began their career as a Customer Service Representative at Manpower in 1996. From there, they moved on to become a Regional Recruiting Manager at Premier Farnell, where they were responsible for the distribution of electronic and industrial products. In 2000, Trista worked as a Recruiter at Lawson Products, before being promoted to the role of Regional Recruiting Manager in 2001. Trista held this position until 2015 when they became the Manager, and later the Senior Manager, of Talent Acquisition at Lawson Products, Inc. Trista's most recent role is as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Lawson Products, where they continue to enhance and maintain the talent acquisition process within the organization.
