Karly Boast

Karly Boast has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Karly currently holds a position at Excellent as a Member starting in February 2023. Prior to this, they served as the VP People Experience at LawVu from August 2022 onward. Previously at LawVu, they held the role of Director of People & Culture, where they worked towards reshaping companies' views on legal function and influencing the delivery of legal services on a global scale. Before LawVu, Karly worked as the Head of People & Culture at BCD Group Limited, a consultancy firm specializing in engineering consulting services. Karly also served as a Recruitment & HR Consultant at Coulter Elite and held roles in talent acquisition and engagement management at Now NZ Limited and TKK Limited respectively. Karly's career in the field of HR began as an HR Director at Turbo Investments Group Limited.

Karly Boast completed their education in 2019, obtaining a certification as a Certified Wellness Wise Practitioner from Wellness Designs. The degree program focused on Health and Wellness, General. Prior to this certification, no other education history is provided, except for an additional certification in Management Excellence at Microsoft: Model, Coach, Care obtained in July 2022 from LinkedIn.
