Stacy Dooley currently serves as a Senior Associate at Lagasse Branch Bell + Kinkead LLP since July 2022 and has substantial experience in legal education as an Adjunct Professor at California Western School of Law from August 2020 to December 2022, focusing on Skills Training for Ethical Practice & Professional Satisfaction. Prior to these roles, Stacy held the position of Deputy Attorney III at Caltrans from October 2016 to July 2022 and worked as an Associate Attorney at both Oliva & Associates, ALC and Farmer Case & Fedor from 2013 to 2016. Stacy began their legal career as a Post-Bar Law Clerk at The Velasquez Law Firm and previously interned at Caltrans and the California Court of Appeal. Stacy holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from California Western School of Law, a Paralegal Certificate from the University of San Diego, and a B.A. in History and Secondary Education from Marquette University.

Mission: To advance the status of women in the law and society. We are a specialty bar association - our members are attorneys, judges, law students and others in the San Diego community, men and women, who share our interests and goals. The objectives and purposes of Lawyers Club are to consider and address, by all lawful means, common problems of women in the community with the overall objective of eliminating discrimination based on sex, including, without limitation: - Advancing the status of women in the law; - Supporting and improving the administration of justice; - Promoting the equality of the sexes in our society; - Empowering women to obtain jobs and to advance within the legal community commensurate with their training, experience and ability; - Promoting legislation to eliminate discrimination based upon sex and to promote equal opportunities in employment; - Supporting efforts to eliminate other forms of discrimination that may lead to gender discrimination; - Promoting the appointment and election of feminist lawyers to non-partisan appointed and elected positions; - Providing guidance to young lawyers, law students and young people; - Promoting civility in the practice of law; - Promoting more effective legal education by conducting, promoting and supporting seminars and lectures; and - Raising and distributing funds through the Corporation’s Fund for Justice.
