Julian Perlmutter

Julian Perlmutter is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, capital markets, and technology sectors. Currently serving as Counsel at Moloco and Pro Bono advisor for Ukrainian applicants at Lawyers For Good Government, Julian is also a Founding Partner of Lead Left Counsel, a boutique law firm focused on late-stage growth companies and IPO transactions. Julian's previous roles include Senior Counsel at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, General Counsel and Head of Operations at Humtap, and General Counsel and VP of Corporate Development at Qylur Intelligent Systems, Inc. Julian has significant expertise in corporate governance, compliance, risk management, and litigation, honed during a distinguished career that includes partner roles at Simmons & Simmons and Clifford Chance, alongside a secondment at Morgan Stanley. Julian holds a JD from the University of Michigan Law School and a BA from Vassar College.
