Joanna Ghosh

Joanna Ghosh is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in various legal domains. As a Senior Attorney at Lawyers for Justice, PC since 2014, Joanna has served as class counsel in 44 cases, achieving significant appellate court decisions regarding the enforceability of employer arbitration agreements. Previously, Joanna was the Principal Attorney at The Ghosh Law Group, APC, where practice areas included appellate, bankruptcy, business litigation, and business immigration. Additional roles include Legislative Counsel in training at Workplace Flexibility 2010, law clerk positions at SEIU and IOM - UN Migration, and a student law clerk role at the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office. Joanna earned a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center, a Master's Degree in Political Theory from The London School of Economics and Political Science, and a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy from California State University, Los Angeles.
