Craig Oberweger is the Managing Partner of Palm Law Partners, P.A., a complex commercial litigation firm since October 2012. With extensive experience in commercial litigation, Craig has held various positions, including Partner at Schwartz White & Oberweger and Outside General Counsel for Lucky Nutrition, LLC. Craig's career began at CJO Moon, where as a Partner, responsibilities included co-developing business policies and compliance advisory for broker/dealers. Additional roles include Of Counsel at Sadaka Law Group and Attorney at Schwartz Lewis. Craig received a J.D. from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law and has been an Official Member of Lawyers of Distinction since June 2020.
