Mukesh J. has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Mukesh started their career as a Human Resources Executive at Filatex india ltd in 2004, where they handled various aspects of HR management such as joining formalities, salary and wages management, and government liaison. In 2006, they joined JBF Industries Ltd as a Senior Executive in Human Resources. After a year, they moved on to Radha Madhav Corporation Limited where they served as a Corporate Human Resources Manager from 2007 to 2011. Most recently, Mukesh J. has been working as the Head of HR at LAXCON STEELS LIMITED since 2011.
Mukesh J. pursued their education at the University of Rajasthan, where they completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management, as well as Economics. This educational period occurred from 1999 to 2002. Mukesh later furthered their studies at the same university and obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General (MHRM). This achievement was accomplished between 2002 and 2004.
