Shashikant Kumar Das is an Engineer in Production Planning and Control (PPC) with significant experience in the steel industry. Currently employed at LAXCON STEELS LIMITED since March 2022, Shashikant is responsible for planning production schedules, coordinating with various departments, and monitoring processes to meet customer demands. Previous roles include Engineer PPC & Sales at Jyoti Steel Industries and Graduate Engineering Trainee at Shree Jay Jagdamba Profile Engineering Product Ltd. Shashikant holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from RBS Engineering Technical Campus Bichpuri Agra, completed in 2016, and an Intermediate degree in Science from Aditya Birla Intermediate College, Renukoot.
