Milind Vaidya

Milind Vaidya currently serves as Executive Vice President at Laxmi Organic Industries Ltd., a position held since April 2024. Prior to this, Vaidya was Senior Vice President at Atotech Group from August 2021 to April 2024, and Head of Technology at Savita Oil Technologies Limited from November 2018 to August 2021. Vaidya's earlier experience includes roles such as Vice President - Customer Value Proposition at Gulf Oil International Group and Technology Manager for India and the Middle East at BP - Castrol. With a strong background in technology management and development in the lubricants and polymer industries, Vaidya has held various leadership positions that leverage technical capabilities to enhance customer value. Vaidya earned a Ph.D. in Polymer Chemistry from the University of Mumbai and a Master of Science in Organic Chemistry from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
