Caroline Flynn

Caroline Flynn is an experienced financial professional with a diverse background in financial management and accounting. Currently serving as FP&A Manager at Laya Healthcare since June 2020, Caroline has previously held roles such as Financial Controller at GPD Ireland and Flynn Solicitors, and Team Lead - Senior Accountant at Apple. A graduate of Technological University of the Shannon, Caroline is also actively pursuing fellowship and associate membership certifications from the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, respectively. Additionally, Caroline is engaged in continuous improvement education, having pursued Lean Six Sigma training since 2019.
