Erika O'Leary BL is currently the Director People Culture & Legal at Laya healthcare. Prior to this role, Erika held various positions in the Defence Forces of Ireland, including Staff Officer Strategic Planning & Policy at Naval Headquarters and Director Naval Manpower Personnel Management Section. Erika also served as a Senior Naval Officer in the Irish Naval Service. With a background in law, Erika has completed a Barrister at Law degree from The Honorable Society of King's Inns, a Master of Laws (LLM) in Human Rights & Public Policy from University College Cork, and a Certificate in Company Secretarial Law and Practice from the Law Society of Ireland. Additionally, Erika is pursuing a Certificate in Mediation from Griffith College Cork.
