Jennifer McCarthy

Jennifer McCarthy has extensive experience in customer service and administration, currently serving as a Customer Service Sales Representative at Laya Healthcare since February 2016, where responsibilities include advising members on insurance needs and achieving sales targets. Prior to this, Jennifer worked at Eli Lilly as a Medical Information Administration Assistant, handling various administrative tasks. Experience also includes administrative support at O'Flynn Construction and a decade at Clarion Hotel Cork, where responsibilities ranged from managing leisure center operations to customer engagement and sales. Jennifer holds two Bachelor’s Degrees from Munster Technological University in Business Management and Recreation and Leisure.
