Emma McLaughlan

Emma McLaughlan has extensive experience in customer service leadership, currently serving as CS Lead for both New Zealand and the UK at Laybuy since October 2020, with previous roles including Assistant CS Lead and CS Specialist. Prior to Laybuy, Emma worked as an Events Intern at Swimming New Zealand from January to September 2019. Emma holds a Bachelor of Sport and Recreation in Management from Auckland University of Technology, completed between 2017 and 2020, and is a graduate of Westlake Girls High School, class of 2016.
