Matt Omernick

Matt Omernick is an experienced advisor and consultant currently working with Layer AI, Mastermind Cognitive Training, and the University of California, Berkeley, focusing on company strategy, creative direction, product design, and game development. Previously, Matt co-founded Akili Interactive, serving as Chief Creative Officer, where innovative therapeutic games were developed in collaboration with neuroscientists. Matt's extensive background includes executive roles at Microsoft and LucasArts, overseeing artistic direction and managing large development teams for major projects. With a BFA in computer animation from Ringling College of Art and Design, Matt has also contributed to academia by teaching computer graphics programs.
