John Ingold is currently the Chief Risk Officer at Layer2 Financial and an Operating Partner at Sia Partners. John is also the Co-Founder of FIRM Ingold Advisory Services. With a background in risk transformation, regulatory compliance, and financial management, John has held leadership positions at companies such as Capco, PwC, IBM, and BCI. John holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto - University College.
