Marília Castelli

Marília Castelli has over 8 years of work experience. In 2012, they began their career as an Innovation Analyst and Visual Design Intern at Itaú Unibanco. Marília also worked as a Graphic Designer at Estádio Kiwi that same year. In 2014, they became a UX/UI Designer at ZOOM Education for Life. In 2017, they took on a UX/UI Designer role at Tenda Digital and an Information Designer role at Projeto Draft. In 2019, they joined the Founding Team of Layers Education as a Product Design Lead and also worked as a Product Designer at SumUp and a UX/UI Designer at Liberty Mutual Insurance.

Marília Castelli obtained a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie between 2009 and 2013. Marília has also obtained four additional certifications: Digital Product Leadership from Tera in September 2021, UX Design from Alura Cursos Online in October 2020, Fundamentos do Scrum from LinkedIn in August 2019, and UX Research for Agile Teams from LinkedIn in August 2019.
