Takaya Ishiguro

Takaya Ishiguro has a diverse work experience in various companies. Takaya started their career as the Manager of Corporate Strategy at a company called マルチメディア放送 in May 2009 and held this position until May 2013. Takaya then joined NTT DOCOMO, Inc. in June 2013 as a Product Manager, responsible for the Mobile Application - O2O and CRM business. Takaya worked at NTT DOCOMO, Inc. until December 2014. In January 2015, Takaya joined Mercari, Inc. as the Head of Human Resources and held this role until April 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at LayerX Inc., starting from May 2020.

Takaya Ishiguro completed their undergraduate studies in Electronic Engineering and Computer Science at Yokohama National University from 1999 to 2003.
