Dominique Jean-Baptiste has worked in the engineering field since 1998. From 1998 to 2008, they worked at APC-MGE, now the IT Business of Schneider-Electric, as a Project Manager and Field Service Engineer. In this role, they managed large deployment of Schneider Electric Infrastructure projects and performed startup, preventive maintenance and repairs for UPS and PDUs. Additionally, they oversaw system acceptance testing and trained end users at project completion. From 2008 to 2016, they worked at Schneider Electric as a Senior Field Service Engineer. In this role, they provided professional services for customers including technical site analysis to resolve customer issues and to perform field service duties on the company’s complete range of single-phase and 3-phase equipment. Dominique also performed project management for large customer projects as well as provided training for customers and internal junior field service engineers. Since 2016, they have been working at LayerZero Power Systems as a Customer Service Engineer.

Dominique Jean-Baptiste completed an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Saint Louis Community College between 1985 and 1991.
