Director, Cara High, has built an impressive career in recruitment since 1999 with a clear ethos that she would like to make a positive difference to client and candidates alike.

After building her expertise in this industry, Cara decided to embark on her own journey opening Layka Connect to offer a recruitment service that is based on the foundations of working to a truly personal and customer centric approach.

It is rare in recruitment that you find Consultants that truly want to understand the career choices you are making, the lifestyle you want to have and what you - as an individual - are aiming for.

At Layka Recruitment we get to know you and support you, holistically and practically, to find a role that will support your life goals and provide self-development whilst seeking employment.

To achieve this, we offer:
Constructive CV guidance
Interview etiquette and training
Transparent and honest feedback

At Layka, we offer temporary, permanent and fixed term contract solutions.

We enjoy representing candidates that have good work ethics, are committed, loyal and trustworthy and placing them in professional businesses that reward and engage with their employees!

If you are looking for an Agency that truly listens then Layka Recruitment is for you.
