Samir Wattar

Samir Wattar has extensive experience in the food industry, particularly in supply chain management, franchise development, and operations. Their most recent role was as the Chief Operating Officer at Layne's Chicken Fingers, where they focused on streamlining operations, developing a franchise model, and driving franchise growth. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Supply Chain and Franchise Development at both Fuzzy's Taco Shop and MOOYAH Burgers Fries and Shakes, where they led supply chain management strategies, negotiated contracts, and built vendor relationships to support franchisees. Samir also held various roles at MOOYAH Burgers Fries and Shakes, including Vice President of Operations and Procurement and Director of Operations and Procurement. Before that, Samir worked as the Senior Director of Operations at Pollo Campero, where they directed US company and franchise operations and drove restaurant growth.
