Raphael Chu

Raphael Chu is a Commercial Leader with extensive experience in e-Commerce, logistics, and banking. Currently serving as the SVP and Deputy Head of Strategic Partnerships for LazMall, they have held several significant roles within the company, including Senior Vice President of Regional LazMall Programs and Regional Head of Retail Analytics. Previously, at Standard Chartered Bank, Raphael managed projects that improved productivity significantly, while at DHL, they led continuous improvement programs that achieved substantial cost savings. Raphael holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Investment Management from Bayes Business School and a Master's in Financial and Industrial Economics from Royal Holloway, University of London.
