David Carey

David leads the investor relations practice at Lazar Partners, bringing their clients more than 18 years of IR, corporate communications and finance experience in the medical and biotechnology industries. David brings his strong understanding of the financial markets, tenacity and personalized service to help their clients achieve their financial goals. Prior to joining Lazar Partners in 2001, David worked for IR firms Citigate Dewe Rogerson and Edelman Financial Worldwide where he advised companies on IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, investor targeting and ongoing programming. David holds a B.B.A in Finance from The University of Iowa and M.I.M from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
