Mick Spaan

Mick Spaan is a Project Management Consultant at Lazard Asset Management since January 2024, following a significant tenure as Director of Information Technology at Kroll from January 2017 to December 2023. At Kroll, Mick oversaw portfolio management for various departments including Compliance, Legal, Cybersecurity, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and HR, acting as a partner and liaison for business units to develop business cases for major global projects. Prior to that, Mick served as VP Technology and IT Team Leader for North America and EMEA at Duff & Phelps from January 2007 to December 2017, where involvement included serving as a technical liaison and partnering with stakeholders to enhance technology operational efficiencies. Mick holds an HBO Bachelor degree from Hanzehogeschool, Groningen, Netherlands, and possesses Microsoft Certifications.
