Carolina Morales

Carolina Morales has extensive experience in human resources and talent development, primarily at Lazard, where roles included US Head of Talent Development for Financial Advisory, HR Business Partner for the Madrid office, and Regional HR Generalist for Latin America excluding Brazil. In these positions, Carolina managed HR operations, advised on sensitive people matters, and led learning initiatives.
